[UK-TUG] Discussion of motion DS1

I cannot support HV1 as I do not believe it is reasonable to impose further
tasks on the present committee, particularly that of re-drafting the
constitution.

I therefore support immediate dissolution giving away all the cash to TUG
and DANTE (can’t remember what option that is), but with those interested
in raising the Phoenix identifying themselves and being provided with a
means of communication going forward in order to try and make that happen.

I have one response already. Prompted by Richard's thoughtful comments I've
realised that this is clearly a burden that should fall not on the present
committee but the 2021-22 committee. (My 8 step plan is too simple.)
