Jonathan, I have heard from some of the committee about procedure for an 
adjournment.  I am still  having difficulty giving you procedure. The 
advice I have been getting has a trend, with outliers, but is not 
coherent, consistent. I'll try to make it implementable as I wait for 
the last few responses. I do have other commitments.

You seem to be discussing  future UKTUG and continuation details (as 
well as voting) in this email below, here on UKTUG-announce.

If you no longer wish to call for an adjournment for such discussions, 
and don't need the relevant procedure, please let me know, and I'll save 
myself and the committee some unnecessary work.
