Your contribution is most welcome. You kindly restate your opinion, that
it's not likely that HV1 will succeed soon in revising our constitution to
support a lightweight association. This is an important part of your
supporting statement.

It's clearly on topic for us to share our views on this important question.
My initial contribution to this discussion is to survey the size of the
problem.
