Hi

This is a rebuke to Jay, but more it's a plea for others to help me feel
safe here.

Today Jay sent me a message in which he suggested "much of my hurt and pain
was self-inflicted".  I'll be direct. This is not kind, courteous and
respectful. I find it deeply unpleasant.

He prefaced his message with "confidential please, discard and read no
further if you don't agree to confidentiality". I think Jay is mistaken, if
he thinks this makes his comment confidential.

Note: My two quotations are fair and accurate paraphrases of what he said.
