[UK-TUG] Donating £10,000 to TUG might result in only £830 for supporting TeX-related projects

For clarity, the UKTUG-committee is not contemplating donating uktug 
funds at present. It's probably awaiting the outcome of the forthcoming 
SGM. Your views, on conditions to be put on donations (should that come 
about)  expressed here on UKTUG-announce won't be binding but will 
inform the committee's thinking later.
