[UK-TUG] Obtaining a clear outcome from the SGM

It seems to me that, as a matter of logic, if an organization passes a
motion to dissolve without a qualifying clause such as "next Christmas"
then it is dissolved forthwith and no longer exists after that motion
has passed. This seems to be implicit in the Constitution, which states
that in such an event the Committee shall remain in office (after
dissolution) in order to deal with the winding-up.
In a sense, therefore, a motion to dissolve is itself a procedural
motion: it affects the procedure at the meeting where it is discussed.
There are really matters for the Chair, who is responsible for the
conduct of the meeting.
