Hi David

Thank you for recognizing that I have a valid point regarding JF1. I
thought you might come up with a reformulation that preserves the
conclusion you wish for.

I have said I believe that the principle governing the order of discussion
and voting is common-sense and fairness. Here are some questions.

1. Do you agree that in general the principle governing the order of
discussion and voting is common-sense and fairness?

2. If not, what is in general the principle governing the order of
discussion and voting?

3. Whatever you choose to be the general principle governing the order of
discussion and voting, why should a meeting on dissolution not follow that
general principle?

4. Do you think the Committee when passing that motion was intending as a
consequence your reformulated principle?

5. If the Committee was intending a consequence that is contrary to
common-sense and fairness, then were they acting in the best interests of
UK-TUG?

with kind regards

Jonathan
