[Tugindia] Portability to pagemaker??

Dear Giridhar,

If your publisher is using pagemaker 7 he can place any page of your pdf
output to any page of his pagemaker document. (use place command from file
menu) You may prepare the TeX document without page numbers and running
headings. Remember one thing, while placing the pdf document, change the
resolution to 300.
