However, doing pdfrack.sh filename.tex gives me the following error :
 pdfrack.sh: command not found

When I did pdflatex filename.tex I got :
! LaTeX Error: File `/home/ashag/Desktop/passivedendritcorr/pdfrack.sty' not
fo
und.

Type X to quit or <RETURN> to proceed,
or enter new name. (Default extension: sty)

I keep getting plenty of errors and it basically is unable to give me the
figures and says :
! Undefined control sequence.
l.123 \psfrag
             {X}{$X$}
and so on.

Have you actually run a document with this and got it to pdfrack the various
words / symbols ?

Thanks
Asha Gopinathan
