I have talked to my colleagues at the Leelavati Trust which is a forum for 
promotion of mathematics among children and friends at Sriranga Digital 
Technologies, a start-up hoping to specialise in TeX and Friends about 
volunteering to take care of Devnag package. We would be happy to take 
care of maintaining the package with the help and cooperation of the 
developers and TUGIndia members. If agreeable to all concerned please let 
us know what is involved.
