[Tugindia] [Organizational]Plan of Action for the next year

Dear friends
The outgoing team of TUG-India office bearers have provided us with a set of
priorities that had set out for themselves. These are outlined below (thanks
to CVR, who sent us the list).  

As this list indicates a set of priorities (not necessarily in the order
below) for the future operations of TUG India, please go through the list and
indicate if there's anything else that needs to added. 

List of Priorities for the immediate future
===========================================

* Formation of Regional Chapters

* Resurrection of TUGIndia journal

* Rejuvenation of the on-line graphics tutorial and plans for tutorial on TeX
  programming which is the third and concluding part

* Fund-raising for delegates' assistance for TUG2003

* Developing the concept of Tex-based Micro-enterprises and 
  propagating it to different parts of the country

* Continuing Font development projects

* Planning for workshops and seminars at various centers in India

* Better Developer co-ordination
