[tlu] TLU misbehavior

This is basically a crash, only somewhat slightly more graceful. Please attach ~/Library/Application Support/TeX Live Utility/Log Messages.plist to an email (offlist) so I can see what actually failed. This is usually a problem with either tlmgr itself or a broken Python.
