There is a revision string inside the script install-tl.

But instead of looking whether the script (or the installer package) changed,
for a given date,  it would be nice to have a version number.

So that you can easily see whether the version changed.

For example on 2019 - 12 - 01 : it may have been 0.0.10
Then it may have been 0.0.10 for a few months
And then at some point it changed to 1.0.0, and maybe immediately the day after that 1.0.1.

The current scheme "by day" doesn't make it easy to see whether something changed in the installer package.
