[tlbuild] TL24 rebuild from branch please

Unfortunately we must rebuild from the branch, since there is a fix so
that \aftergroup works again with the \output routine.

I committed the change, to the file web2c/unbalanced-braces.ch, to
branch2024 in r70751.

This affects all the engine binaries (and no other binaries), except the
original TeX and LuaTeX.

You can get the sources from the branch to the cwd with subversion:
  svn co svn://tug.org/texlive/branches/branch2024/Build/source .
or with rsync:
  rsync -a --delete --exclude=.svn --exclude=Work tug.org::tlbranch .
(I'll make another svn tag after the fix is confirmed.)

Then ./Build or whatever you normally do should suffice. If you want to
skip compiling all the utilities,
  ./Build --disable-all-pkgs --enable-web2c
should build only the engines. There is no harm to building everything,
though, which is probably easiest of all :).

Norbert and Mojca, can you please set up your respective autobuilds from
the branch, and (everyone) tell me where/how I can get them?
