[texworks] help with Greek letters in an Italin file

Good morning Mr./ Mrs.,
I am an Italian student and I need help getting my Latex File to work.
I am writing my file in Italian but, in the middle of the file, I have to
also insert Greek letters, for example tilda, omega,...
I've already typed \usepackage [Italian]{babel} at the beginning of the
file, how can I add the Greek language? Because if I don't add it, the
system won't recognize Greek letters.
I tried to type  \usepackage [Italian, Greek]{babel} but in that case it
used the Greek alphabet for the whole file, and not even one Italian letter.
