[texworks] Bug report: opening new blank document (Windows 10)

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue with version 0.6.6 obtained 
from GitHub, neither on Windows 10 Pro (version 1909) nor on Windows 7.

Which version of TeXworks are you using (where did you get it from/how 
did you install it)?
