[tex-k] Typo in "info dvips"

If we run "dvips -Ppdf ..." we get:

    </usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/dvips/base/tex.pro>
    </usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/dvips/config/alt-rule.pro>
    </usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/dvips/base/texps.pro>.

But if we run "dvips -h tex.pro -h alt-rule.pro ..." we get:

    </usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/dvips/base/tex.pro>
    </usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/dvips/config/alt-rule.pro>

And the effect is that rules are wrong in the second case.
Only when we add "-h texps.pro" the result is correct.
Maybe the documentation should mention the difference
between command-line and config file?
