Hi,

< Prepend HEADER to output.  Same as 'h-'

Also, in what order are -h options applied?

For example, will

    dvips -h tex.pro -h alt-rule.pro

be equivalent to using the following settings from config.pdf?

    h tex.pro
    h alt-rule.pro

(see comment at the bottom of config.pdf)
