[l2h] latex2html and debian etch & texlive

latex2html worked!
I have made the symlinks
/usr/lib/X11/ to /usr/share/latex2html/styles/rgb.txt
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/ to /usr/share/latex2html/styles/rgb.txt
and latex2html worked!
