[yandytex] new Lucida fonts via lucimatx.sty

No, unfortunately it's not as simple as that:

I'm using Adobe Type Manager Deluxe (ATM) with Y&Y -- and for general
font management. It is impossible to have two differently named pfb's
that have the same INTERNAL font name. ATM simply refuses to recognize
the two as different! So if I merely make a copy of a pfb with a
different file name, that creates precisely that situation.

So I think part of the problem may be that the Lucida fonts themselves
are using old internal names while the tfm's and/or lucimatx package are
establishing different names.
