Y&Y FAQ and info pages now available

The TeX Users Group has kindly allowed us to host many of the
Y&Y web pages.    They are located at
     http://www.tug.org/yandy/

The Font FAQ and System FAQ, and a good amount of general information is
available there now.

If you see any errors, please send email to webmaster at tug.org.

As time goes by and you can think of further additions which can be
made to the FAQs - please send that information to this list - and
one of us will see about adding it to the appropriate FAQ.  We
need to make sure that the best and most complete information is contained there.
