Tex and Lucida fonts

It is not that complicated: With a more or less uptodate tex system all
the necessary support files are installed. Only the type1 fonts are

What you have to check is WHAT filenames are expected.
Call
updmap
it will tell you where the config file is. Examine the config file you
will normally find something like
lucidabr.map
or
lucidabr-k.map
If you have the ones with -k at the end, your fonts have to be renamed
to Karl Berry scheme, otherwise just put them in !!!lowercase!!! name as
distributed from y&y.
Call updmap and mktexlsr and finished.
At least this is what I am doing here, and I have a lot of `additional'
or `external' fonts.
