There was no discussion that I was involved in. I asked about legal
issues related to web-publishing and received the attachments in
response. I am quite sure that they were also posted on the YandY web
site. Therefore, I assume that they were part of the font license
agreement after Dec. 2002 and perhaps before that date, too.
