I believe that financial concerns have pretty much forced the
owner of Y&Y to suspend operations at this point in time.  I
do not know the final outcome of this but I do know that
consultation with a financial advisor is ongoing, and I hope
that a resolution of the problem will be forthcoming soon.

Will try to find out more and let everyone know.
