Makeindx

Sid,

Attached is a zip file called makeindex.zip.   It is version 2.13 for Windows 32
type OS, it is a 1997 compilation..  I am also using win98.

I have not had any problems compiling indexes with less that 5000+ index
entries.  Note, the win32 version uses the full spelling "makeindex" and not
"makeindx" used for the dos filestructure.
