lucida and miktex

hi, I am using lucida fonts and I do want to use them with miktex, not
yandy. I cannot install the fonts, my YAP always says

Cannot find lbcodes source file.

makepk: don't know how to make lbr.pk!

Any idea what is wrong with my installation? Best, Andreas Löffler
