No print output ... via USB port. (Follow up.)

Hey,

Try installing ATM (Lite or Delux, as your budget allows) -- it
worked for me with a similar-sounding problem. Fonts installed
afterwards aren't available to DVIWINDO, but still appear correctly
in PostScript files and when printed.

If anyone can explain this or give an alternative solution, I'd love to
hear it!
