\specials in .dvi files

         I am preparing to release a Windows-based graphics program for
producing figures in TeX documents. I use three \specials:
         \special{em:linewidth xxpt}, \special{em:moveto} and
\special{em:lineto}. These are supported by emTeX, Y & Y TeX, and dvips.
Are there other dvi readers/printer drivers that support these \specials?
Are there equivalent macros? Is there a systematic way to find
documentation on this issue?
