LaTex 2.09 support in release 2.2

I'm currently running an old version of Textures on a Mac using I believe LaTex 2.09. As some Mac hardware is failing, I'm looking to get up and running on a PC ASAP. I use a style file called pageframe.sty that modifies the output routine and will not work in LaTex2e. Does Y&Y support LaTex 2.09? I would like to be able to move my work to a PC (running Windows XP Pro) with a new Tex system and continue working with pageframe.sty without any interruption.

Also I would need to work in the Postscript Type I font Goudy Old Style which I will purchase from Adobe. I've read that Y&Y supports type I fonts so I assume that it would be possible to both preview and print as well as make postscript file with the Goudy.
