Here are two message which arrived this morning from Antoniou ... he
seems to keep very student-like hours ;-)

Notice the pre-existence of PCTeX ;-( and the post-existence of MikTeX
... Had he only `mentioned' that PCTeX had been there first ... ;-((

Anyways, I'll try to pick through his points and queries and send a
reply later. But his messages should be here, for the record.
