i don't know of any way to run pdflatex with y&y tex (the file paths

i've used math time "ordinary" with pdflatex, but i've only had the
"plus" fonts installed for a rather short time, and haven't yet tried
them with pdflatex.

this isn't a y&y question (since y&y don't have a pdflatex). try
ps4pdf, from ctan macros/latex/contrib/ps4pdf -- i don't know whether
it's restricted to particular operating systems, though.

i have a project to write a faq answer on this issue. i don't see any
reason that they should not work (i _have_ run mathtime original on
miktex with no problems).
i'll try to rustle something more up for you over the weekend (this is
not a guarantee...).
