[XeTeX] Colour specials for XeTeX

You can in PDF also use the setmodel/setcolor syntax with rgb etc.
e.g. 

/DeviceRGB CS /DeviceRGB cs  %set model
1 0 0 SCN 1 0 0 scn          %set color 

The RG/rg operator are only a shortcut.
