[XeTeX] TECkit maps for ISO 15919 to Brahmic scripts

This is a sequel of sorts to a message I sent to the list a couple of
weeks ago where I mentioned that I've been experimenting with
typesetting Devanagari using XeTeX.

One part of the experiment was to develop a TECkit mapping to convert
Unicode-encoded IAST text into Devanagari. Then I stumbled over
Anthony P. Stone's website "Transliteration of Indic Scripts: How to
use ISO 15919" (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stone-catend/trind.htm)
and decided to try to generalize it to the other scripts covered on
his site (Bengali, Gujarati, Gurmukhi, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya,
Sinhala, Tamil, Telugu).

I've posted the current beta version of the maps, along with some
draft documentation to github:

    https://github.com/davidmjones/brahmic-maps

I'd be interested in any comments and especially interested if anyone
can provide me with some real tests of the non-Devanagari scripts. If
this turns out to be usable, I'll eventually submit it to CTAN.

Cheers,
David.
