[XeTeX] Hyphenation around „ß“

If "SS" and "SZ" are not possible, then Capital Sharp S should be used. 
Lowercase Sharp S in All-Uppercase text always looks ridiculous. It 
seems, as if one cannot handle it correctly, which is strange nowadays.
