[XeTeX] Hyphenation rules problem in my french document

I would try this instead, Maxim:

\documentclass[12pt,letterpaper,oneside,draft]{memoir}

\usepackage{fontspec}

I used this:


\hyphenation{oscillo-scope}

and it hyphenated correctly (I think!)
