[XeTeX] IM Fell Type and XeTeX

I agree with the author of the Fell Type in that, if he kindly and freely
distributed his work, one should respect his licence agreement.
However, it would be absurd if I had to ask my printer: "Hey, please use
SumatraPDF (or Adobe Acrobat 4) to print my work, since the beautiful
typeface I'm using has a conflict with recent versions of Acrobat."
(BTW, note that I love Sumatra for (Xe)Latexing, but I simply can't require
my publisher to use it.)

Whether we like it or not, our PDFs should be at least compliant with recent
versions of Adobe Acrobat, since it is an industry standard.
