if you have a free tex-to-docbook converter, then I have a free 
docbook-to-wordML conversion XSLT available, although I wrote it quite a 
while ago and don't know how complete it is anymore (since I never 
officially released it, simply used it to convert a book I was working 
on from docbook to wordml)
