[XeTeX] xetex/tikz bbox

The line \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} is not necessary for XeLaTeX.


Could be the difference comes from tex/generic/pgf/systemlayer/pgfsys- 
{dvipdfm,pdftex}.def. The latter has definitions for width and height  
in \def\pgfsys at defineimage{}, which is missing in the former (version  
1.14 vs. 1.15). So almost the whole page is taken for the image size.

I think it's just a flaw in PGF/TikZ.
