Lucida Bright, Lucida Sans, and Lucida Sans Typewriter are contained  
in Java SDKs (JDK). In versions 1.3.x you can find all twelve  
variants (although some Lucida Sans variants are faulty). Starting  
with 1.4.x the oblique variants of Lucida Sans and Lucida Sans  
Typewriter are removed, so you should install JDKs 1.3.x and 1.5.x.

The Lucida Bright Regular und Lucida Sans Regular TrueType variants  
in Java contain quite the complete maths set of the Unicode BMP.
