[XeTeX] An example of the use of \x="[filename]"

Found the same here from installation of XeTeX i-Package. On the  
command line a

	sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/ 
xdv2pdf_mergemarks

or, since some might work Intel based a universal

	sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/teTeX/bin/`uname -p`-apple-darwin-current/ 
xdv2pdf_mergemarks

should correct the problem.
