[XeTeX] making a format file of ConTeXt using XeTeX

XeTeX does not look at the pdftex map files; it uses the file 
psfonts.map which originally "belongs" to dvips. So that's the one you 
need to check to see whether the correct entries are present.

Check whether the CM fonts are listed there, and let me know. If they 
are, then XeTeX ought to be able to find them--and if it can't, then I 
need to investigate why.
