Hi

Summary: We can learn from other TeX user groups, and share experience with
them. Here I do an analysis, that starts this process.

Note: I hope, in a few days, to put this information up on my website
https://jfine2358.github.com. And once there, I can keep it up to date.

TUG has a useful page, that lists and links to, 28 TeX user groups
worldwide.

We can learn a lot from this page and its links. Of the 28 groups
* 24 have a web site
* 20 list how many members they have
* 17 have a discussion list

I wonder, of the 28 groups, which are close to where UK TUG is now, and
which are close to where we could be in a year from now.

I'll focus on the 20 that list how many members. They are:
