I've presented as evidence the page
http://uk.tug.org/training/uk-training-links/
See: https://tug.org/pipermail/uktug-committee-public/2019/000018.html
I now introduce as evidence some work I did a few days ago. It's
starting point is a custom web search (using Google), with:
Query: site:ac.uk latex
Date range: 1st July to 30 September 2019
The links that I found are
[1] https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/maths/people/staff/brendonpenn/latex/
[2] https://www.dur.ac.uk/mathematical.sciences/teaching/latex/
[3] https://libguides.rhul.ac.uk/refworkswithlatex
[4] https://www2.le.ac.uk/offices/red/researcher-development/Doctoral%20College%20Sessions/LaTex%20Training
[5] https://www.homepages.ucl.ac.uk/~ucakwat/latex.html
[6] http://www.macs.hw.ac.uk/~gabbay/F28FS/
[7] https://personalpages.manchester.ac.uk/staff/paul.johnson-2/resources/latexShort/latex-demonstration-p2.pdf
[8] https://www.ncl.ac.uk/maths-physics/students/resources/
Although still evidence-gathering, is will say this. The Durham link
[2] in the above list seems to be the Durham '410 gone' page in my
previous post, but moved. In other words, a web redirection could
usefully be added to the Durham site.
My work is at https://jfine2358.github.io/post/2019/11/04/2019q3-new-ac-uk-latex-pages/
