[UKTUG-Committee-Motions] call for an SGM on dissolution

The committee calls a Special General Meeting of UKTUG to be held in
cyberspace through the medium of UKTUG-announce mailing list.

Start of the meeting is to be *midday, Friday****29*^*th* *of October

The end of the meeting is *midday, **Friday **5*^*th* ***November **2021*

The topic of the SGM is dissolution. A motion will circulated shortly.

Members may submit motions for the SGM directing where surplus funds 
should go. There are formalities and restrictions to meet. Contact the 
chair for details well before submitting motions to the secretary on or 
before 10^th October.
