[UKTUG-Committee-Motions] Decide and announce AGM date and time

Motion:
That the committee decide and announce the date and time of the 2021 Annual
General Meeting.

Reason:
The constitution requires the committee to do this (as a preliminary to
holding the AGM).

Voting closes 23:59 Tuesday 5 October.
