[UK-TUG] Results of SGM Voting

Dear Member,

Voting has now closed on the motions to the SGM. The votes received were 
as follows

Motion HV1: 7 for, 24 against, 4 abstentions
Motion DS1: 26 for, 7 against, 2 abstentions
Motion JF1: 0 for, 28 against, 6 abstentions
Motion JF2: 0 for, 28 against, 6 abstentions
Motion JF3: 16 for, 14 against, 5 abstentions

The total number of ballots cast was 35.

Motions DS1 and JF3 are therefore passed. The Committee is therefore 
required to arrange dissolution of UK-TUG, and I call upon the Chair to 
make a statement regarding the details.
