This thread is for the administration of the SGM.

Here you can request a ruling from the chair, appeal a ruling, or raise 
matters about how the meeting is run, or will be run, including 
adjournments. You can also request a new thread. New threads are at the 
discretion of the chair.  These are examples. The list is not exhaustive.

Should it be necessary for someone  different to chair some of the 
meeting, this is still the thread for procedural matters.

The chair will respond to procedural requests here.  The constitution 
requires e-SGMS to have a minimum duration of 7 days because it believed 
that email turnaround was about every day.

I hope to do better than that.
