[UK-TUG] On the future of UK-TUG

Dear Members

This is to let you know that I think it impossible for UK TUG to continue
into 2022. There is no realistic possibility of the organisation surviving,
even if the majority of the members vote against dissolution. Why? Because
continuation needs a new committee.
