Hello Jonathan,

Jay is correct that for Committee to vote for a motion to put the SGM is 
tight: it would require that there was rapid agreement or at least 
abstention for a Committee motion to pass.

Motions to the SGM do not require support from the Committee. Any member 
may submit motion(s) to me subject to the notice period. As notified by 
the Chair, the deadline is the 10th October.
