[UK-TUG] Jay Hammond's "dissolve forthwith" motion

Hi

I thank Jay for his message, which is most helpful and informative. I think
it repays careful reading and consideration. I have other things to do
today, and intend to respond to it tomorrow.

There's a UK TeX Hour tonight. I'd like the main topics to be remembering
the contribution made by Sebastian Rahtz, and doing what we can to ensure
the continuity of the community, even if the organisation is dissolved.
I've no desire to discuss draft motions for the SGM tonight.
